Andy Roper is a founding partner of Roper and Wilson and Managing Partner of Waterfront Closing and Title. A native of Clanton, Alabama, Andy has built his practice around real estate, helping clients navigate transactions, title matters, property disputes, and other complex real estate issues.

Andy’s practice focuses primarily on residential and commercial real estate, including closings, title and curative matters, property litigation, and transaction-related issues. As managing partner of Waterfront Closing and Title, he also oversees the company’s operations and strategic growth, working closely with real estate professionals, lenders, buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the closing process.

In addition to his real estate practice, Andy has extensive experience in civil litigation and representing individuals in personal injury and wrongful death matters. His Associate in Claims (AIC) designation provides an additional understanding of insurance claims, coverage, and the claims process.

Andy earned his Bachelor of Science from Troy University and his Juris Doctor from Birmingham School of Law.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife, Anna, and their two sons. When he’s not with his family, he can usually be found outdoors or on the golf course.
